Meet the Team

Kendall

After life threw him a curve ball and his dream of becoming a Rodeo Clown had passed, Kendall joined the Jugo Juice Circus with our Operations team to oversee business in across Canada. Kendall brings a wealth of industry experience to the table, along with his eminent leadership abilities. Always thinking strategically, Kendall plans his afternoons to include a Jugo Juice store visit so he can grab a "fix" for his mid-day energy kick cravings. Hobbies: D.I.Y. home improvement projects, driving his son to his hockey and lacrosse games, and practicing for Iron Chef 2010. Dislikes: reading ridiculously long emails on his BlackBerry.

Jessica

Around here she likes to be called "JJ Hammer" representative of her take-charge attitude and competitive spirit. A true Jugo Juice lover, she is always cravin' a Jugo smoothie and takes pride in serving one to every customer she meets when she's in-store. Jugo Juice fan club members take note: Jessica's got passion! Beneath it all, is a down-to-earth girl who values spending time with her family and could teach Martha Stewart a lesson or two in the kitchen.

Ryan

As an Alberta Senior District Manager, Ryan works tirelessly to ensure Jugo Juice locations are in tip-top shape and ready to serve some delicious smoothies - including his favorite Watermelon Wiggle! Ryan enjoys all things retail and enjoys kicking back by watching a Flames hockey game. Some of his secret passions include tinkering with electronic gadgets and watching a lively CNN update.

Amanda

Alberta District Manager, Amanda, is one of the most customer focussed and spirited members of our team. She loves getting out of the office and into the stores. She works closely with our Franchise Partners to help develop and grow their staff to ensure that every customer has an outstanding experience! Her other passions include the Tropical Popeye smoothie, horses, shoes, shoes and more shoes. Never one to stay still for long, when not working Amanda can be found in the show ring competing in equestrian show jumping on Zwillingsbruder or one of her other nine horses.

Rob

Alberta District Manager, Rob, is customer focussed with a keen eye and passion for success. He loves working with his Franchise Partners to develop a plan to increase customer satisfaction, and elevate the Jugo Juice brand. Rob’s other loves include the Blushing Mango smoothie, dogs, sports of all kinds, and “chick flicks” (shh don’t tell anyone). Rob is known to be a huge fan of his favorite teams, (Jets, Vikings, Redsox) admits to numerous face painting nights! When not working Rob loves to spend time with his beautiful wife, amazing step-son and 4 crazy dogs.

Jeff

Jeff has evolved from blending smoothies for his three kids in his Magic Bullet, to taking pride in getting behind the counter at any of his stores in BC, as Sr. District Manager. His favorite smoothie is the Big Blue Protein – something about it matching his eyes!! When the weekend rolls around, Jeff can be found coaching his kids at a rink, or on a ball-field in his community. He enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife and kids in the desert. He secretly enjoys reality TV and would one day love to compete in Survivor or The Amazing Race.

Charlene

Charlene rounds out our BC District Manager team. As a Gemini, she uses her skills as a social butterfly to help manage stores and effectively solve any Jugo related issues that may arise. Her favorite treat initially started out as a love for ice cream as she used to own an ice cream store before joining the team, but has transitioned to a love for Abundant Acai smoothies a healthier treat with 5+ servings of fruit! As a self proclaimed “prairie girl” (born and raised in Winnipeg), Charlene enjoys hiking, skiing, and any other outdoor activities she can get her hands on.

Chris

Our District Manager in Quebec, Chris is not only passionate but a bundle of energy. Many of us wonder where he gets this energy every day; it must be from his favorite smoothie the Big Blue Protein! Chris’ passionate spirit for hockey, cooking (he could teach Chef Ramsay a lesson or two about dedication in the kitchen!) and Jugo Juice are truly contagious. He works tirelessly to bring his unique spark to our team in La Belle Province.

Jody

Walk through our office doors and meet Jody, the Corporate Trainer and Office Goddess! Jody not only runs the front desk but organizes and teaches the Jugo Juice Management Training Program. She truly is the Director of First Impressions for our customers, suppliers, and Franchise Partners. When Jody is not working she is probably trying out a new recipe, shopping for shoes, or sharing a Pineapple Powerzone with her little girl.

Ronnie

Aside from our co-founders, Ronnie holds the title for most years in the Jugo family. At age 15 he mastered the blender, working at Jugo Juice during his high-school years. He craves a Jugo smoothie post-workout and humbly admits to love them “because he created most of them.” But we give this guy credit, he spent many hours in our test kitchen mixing fruit like a mad scientist to come up with some of our best sellers. Off the job, Ronnie spends his time on the fake bake tournament circuit and holds the title for best artificial tan 2008. His secondary hobby is at-home sports announcing while cheering on his favorite team, the Miami Dolphins!

Kelsey

Kelsey can be found working diligently to ensure Jugo Juice marketing materials look their best and represent the brand. When she’s not in Calgary enjoying a Raspberry Rush, she can be found soaking up the sun in Kootenay Lake, BC. She also enjoys travelling outside Canada (she has backpacked across 8 countries) and dreams of the day she will go back to Italy to enjoy her aunt’s home cooking.

Lindsey

When not busy tweeting or posting on Facebook, Lindsey can be found traipsing around the province competing in ball tournaments in the summer and curling in the winter. This fashionable farm girl from Saskatchewan loves to grab a Mango Magic while jetting off to her favourite city – Montreal. One of Lindsey’s proudest accomplishments is maintaining her winning streak at the monthly crokinole tournament.

Wendy

Our Marketing Director, affectionately known as the ‘Queen of Kale’, can often be found blending up something green in our test kitchens. And don’t get her starting talking about healthy, active living... grab a chair, you may need awhile. In her spare time, Wendy pulls on her sneakers to catch up with kids and train for her next ½ marathon. Her passion for marketing our brand can only be eclipsed by the love of her next favourite vegetable – the avocado.
