-1 whole banana -1 tablespoon of organic almond/peanut butter -1 c. low fat milk or soy milk -1 scoop vanilla flavored whey protein powder -1 tsp cinamon powder -handful of unsalted almonds and dates (optional)
Blend all ingredients until smooth!!

1 c. Low fat milk or soy milk (chocolate is always a good choice as well) 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 1-2 tsp instant espresso powder cinnamon to taste 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder (optional) Add ice and blend all ingredients until smooth!

1 Banana, 1 Tbl peanut butter, 1/4 c vanilla protien powder 1 c Milk. Blend intil smooth, this will kick start your day or give you extra energy before the big hockey game. (Sometimes my Mom sneaks in Omega 3 oil or dessert tofu.) Enjoy!
