Well we have just found a way to get the nutrients of spinach (vitamins A, C and E, beta carotene) into a great tasting smoothie. A full ounce, (the same amount on our wraps and flatbreads) - a nice sized handful of spinach added to a generous serving of mango and pineapple and tropical nectar makes for an incredible smoothie.
