KidSport Month at Jugo Juice

Starting on October 1 until October 21, 2019 we accepted $1 donations at checkout in support of local KidSport chapters. Our three-week fundraising campaign culminated in Jugo Day on Tuesday October 22, 2019 when $1 from all smoothies sold was donated to KidSport.
Thanks to the help of our customers and stakeholders we were able to raise over $24,000 over the course of our KidSport Campaign to help get Canadian kids involved in their favourite team sports!

Our Partnership

We are very excited to work with a partner whose values are so closely aligned with our own! Our commitments to
promoting healthy, active lifestyles in the communities where we operate are key mandates for both of our organizations.
All of us at Jugo Juice are excited to help our communities develop strong, healthy kids for years to come!

With your support and through our partnership with KidSport, we will be able to give kids across the country the opportunity to experience the lifelong benefits of playing sports.

About KidSport Canada

KidSport is a national not-for-profit that helps remove the financial barriers that prevent kids from playing organized sport. Through a confidential application process, KidSport provides grants to children aged 18 years & under, enabling them
to play a season of sport. Since its creation in 1993, KidSport has given over 825,000 kids across the country the chance
to play sport.
KidSport is present in 166 community and 11 provincial and territorial chapters. Many chapters are volunteer-run and this grassroots, community-led structure is the program’s greatest strength. All dollars donated in a community stay local,
to help local kids experience the lifelong benefits of a season of sport.
By removing financial barriers and increasing access to sport programs, KidSport contributes to developing healthier,
more active and well-rounded children. Sports skills are life skills and the opportunity to play a season of sport will help children today, while also providing them with life lessons for tomorrow!
